Check-in and check-out procedures were very smooth, the staff is very kind and the communication was in English. The breakfast was very good and the room quiet and comfortable.

一家3人‘五一’出遊四明山，入住餘姚賓館。挑選此賓館的原因是在市中心，房間相對稍大，可前台給安排了個最小的房間，二間房間隔不遠（在我要求下）。我以為假期客人多，可早餐時間就餐客人稀稀拉拉的。可能酒店工作人員認為老年人不會寫評價，草草打發我們。入住酒店後想在中餐廳用晚餐，結果被告知衹有大包房或自助餐，沒有散客餐廳，真是奇了怪，這家老牌酒店就是這麼做餐飲的。酒店早餐不錯，有地方特色，如豆漿、年糕湯等。如今酒店生意難做，我一般都會給好評，可餘姚賓館的體驗實在太差。
