PPANCHALLocated at a walking distance from MG Road metro , it is one of the best hotel in medium budget . They offer luxurious room with all the amenities .staff was quite helpful and polite . Breakfast was complimentary and it was really good in terms of quality and options served . In addition restaurant charges were nominal and taste,quantity of the food was good . Consider this outlet if you are looking for hotel nearby MG Road

GGuest UserThe property is excellent with the old world charm. Extremely good service with a special shout out to Ajay Kumar from housekeeping. Very prompt service from all staffs.
However a bit more upkeep is necessary to maintain the charm of this heritage property. We were in the Residency room. The bathroom needs a makeover, it is huge but a bit run down with tiles which are visibly very worn out. The cupboard in the room is wooden with handles in wooden blocks which shows good taste, but it is not very functional and size is small. Amenities need to be a bit more modern while keeping the heritage feel intact.
Overall a pleasant stay.

The room was not as tidy as I would have hoped—there were clear signs of poor housekeeping, and it didn’t feel fresh or well-maintained. Additionally, the staff seemed quite inattentive and unresponsive to requests, which made the stay less pleasant. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service.
