The hotel was excellent, the attention of the staff was incredible, the breakfast was very complete and the views, WITHOUT WORDS! It is a 15-minute walk from the piano train stop, which takes you to Sorrento in 5 minutes. Well located! I recommend, the only thing to clarify is that they charged us a tourist tax before leaving which they had not told us about, taking that away, excellent.

Great hotel with an amazing view. My room was the best place to watch sunset. The stuff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast had so many options . I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

The atmosphere of the lounge and facilities is good. If you are going to use a room, get at least a deluxe room. The basic standard room has little space for a carrier and the space between the bathroom and the room is somewhat narrow.

The public areas are also maintained with care, surrounded by green plants in the courtyard, tables and chairs under the rattan frame, and warm yellow string lights are lit at night, which is very suitable for leisurely small naps. 🚗 Traffic location The location is not bad, although not in the center of Sorrento, but very close to the Piano train station, and two stops from Sorrento. We travel daily by train, about five minutes by train to Sorrento. There is also a bus stop next to it. It is estimated that it takes three or four minutes to walk, but the bus there will generally be delayed. I have not encountered it on time, but it is not bad. There are many stations. Health situation: The sanitary conditions are definitely worth five-star praise! This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, and the daily cleaning is also very meticulous. The room is spotless from bedding, carpets to bathroom tiles. The bathroom facilities are brand new and separated from wet and dry. The daily cleaning service is meticulous to even the mirror water stains will be repeatedly wiped. Public areas such as restaurants and corridors are always clean and tidy, and even the courtyard floor is rare. It is worth mentioning that there is no dust in the details such as the air-conditioning outlet and the corner of the window frame, and those who are sensitive to hygiene can stay at ease. Service Experience: The manager is an Italian gentleman, polite and not too disturbing from check-in to check-out. Every day at breakfast, I will take the initiative to ask about the itinerary and recommend a suitable hiking route according to the weather. The details are full of care. Staff English communication is smooth, responsive to needs, experience is really good! Other highlights: Breakfast is freshly prepared and there are many choices. Unforgettable, the price/performance ratio is really rare in Sorrento. Highly recommended for travelers who pursue quality and humanistic experiences!
