"Everything is good except the location. It is about 3km away from the terminal or train station, so it is quiet, but I would not recommend it to travelers. However, the staff is friendly and coffee and bread are provided for free."

GGuest UserDream Factory isn't a massive hotel, but it's well-appointed and beautiful. The atmosphere was exactly my style – warm, cozy, and with incredibly cute decor. I slept like a log on the 'soul-sucking' bed – it was so comfortable, I barely wanted to get up! Lol. I was super impressed, and they even have a rooftop bar. I was really looking forward to a drink there, but darn it... the bar happened to be closed on Mondays! Talk about bad timing. Totally missed out, sniff. 😅 No worries though, I'll definitely be back soon! See you again, Dream Factory! 🥰❤️

However, the lighting was weak and the room was pitch black. (There was a light by the bed.)
The shared space was bright, but there was no air conditioning, so it was hot.

Less than 10mins walk to the shopping centre (Central Udon), also less than 15mins walk to UD TOWN.
There's a laundry service (opens 24hr) available in less than 5mins walk from the hotel.
Requirement of 200THB cash for deposit, when checking in.
Stayed in a double bedroom - seemed a little old, but well maintained, cleaned, and most amenities are available in the room.
Swimming pool, small gym and a bar are located on rooftop floor (you'll get welcome drink voucher & breakfast vouchers when you first check in).
Basic breakfast : bread, butter, jam, rice, fried egg, omelette, salad, watermelon, pineapple, water and orange juice.

AAndy CageOn arrival was very impressed with the staff and they way they dealt with us at check-in .
The room we had was very spacious and clean and everything was to our liking.
The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance in a matter of minutes and I would highly recommend trying out the Morning House cafe next door.
If you like shopping there is the big Central Shopping Mall and also plenty of markets nearby.
Would I stay here again ? Yes 100% .... Loved our stay and the area

The room is big enough for two people for a night.
All in what you need, breakfast incl. Fill up your tummy for the morning typical Thailand Bf.
