The Casa da Ermida de Santa Catarina has a glass wall and doors in the living room, which open to a furnished porch with stunning lake views from the house. The house is set right on the bank of the Caia Dam lake and has scenic green surroundings in springtime. Featuring unique, nature-inspired décor and furnishings, the rooms and the suite all feature a private bathroom with tadelakt walls and free toiletries, heating, fan and a private wardrobe. The suite also feature a private porch. A daily breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and served in the breakfast room. Local restaurants are available in S. Elvas, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is famed for its ancient city walls and is a 25-minute drive away from the property. The property is a 45-minute drive from Portalegre. Évora, a 60-minute drive away, is also famed for its historical city walls and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
