Good location, good staff at front desk. The breakfast staff do not pay attention to people at their tables. Pancakes that were ordered were raw and uncooked. Shower pressure is too low, very noisy hotel you can hear everything going on in nearby rooms and outside.

We arrived early and Daniel of the front desk kindly marked down all the places that we would like to visit on the map. To help us get the best experience he even wrote a lovely list of authentic food. He speaks fluent English and helped us a lot. The hotel is very close to major intersections and interest points (almost next to Arc de Triomf and 600m from the Palau de la Música Catalana) but is surprisingly quiet. All the staffs are very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

One of the finest and amazing hotel out there. Absolutely loved it. Close to everything you need in Barcelona. I’ll deffo come back.

Decent hotel but the walls are very thin and the layouts a bit weird with a long hallway separating the bathroom from the bed. Overall a good stay, clean and in a good location.

Room is spacious and clean. Except that u hear the noise from next room or outside door clearly.

I like location and cleanliness of the hotel. It really suitable for all things that you want to do in Barcelona - walking, go shopping or drinking coffee around the corner. Good breakfast, children friendly. I will come again soon!

The location is convenient for tourists but Poor sound insulation.

Although the hotel is on the older side, the rooms are much larger than standard size. It is located near the Chinatown area so there are plenty of good Chinese restaurants. Across the hotel is a local bar for simple tapas and drinks, convenient stores and cafes. It is 15mins walk to El Born, Passeig de Gràcia and Las Ramblas.

This is the worst chain hotel I've ever been to, I've been to hotels in this chain twice and was disappointed twice, the hotel is over 30 years old, as if they renovated it, but in fact the old surfaces were covered with vinyl film, it's so cheap and ugly, the curtains are burned with cigarette butts, the elevators also give away the age of the hotel, you can immediately tell that it's very old, but I've been to hotels older than this one and they were much nicer, but the most important thing is that I heard everything, the audibility in the room is such that I can hear my neighbor upstairs flushing the toilet and washing himself, never again in NH!!!!!)))))

European chain hotel, good location, there is an Asian supermarket and Sichuan restaurant near the hotel, not far from Barcelona Arc de Triomphe, very convenient for travel

The room is big and the hotel is in a good location, not far from various attractions and there are many places to eat around. The only problem is that the room is not very soundproof, but everything else is satisfactory.
