I've recommended this hotel to several people. I stayed in a single room, but it wasn't small at all, and the breakfast was quite good. There's a city tax of 6.21 Euros per person per night. The hotel's location is also great; it's about 2km walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Passeig de Gràcia, the beach, or Arc de Triomf, which is pretty convenient.

The room is small but charming. The curtains and windows have a nice vintage feel. Even though it's close to the road, the soundproofing is good. Some of the staff speak Chinese, which is a plus. It's very close to the beach and not too far from the city center. There's also a train station right next door. Overall, I'm satisfied and this is my second time staying here. The off-season prices are great too.

The hotel room was small and dark. The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed and the temperature couldn't be adjusted, so it was really cold. I booked this two months in advance for over 2000 a night, only to find out it was several hundred more expensive than checking in on the day itself. Definitely not worth the price.

Good location. I paid $350 dollars a night to sleep in a hot room where the air conditioning didn’t work either night. No air movement. Worst experience by far. The rating means nothing. Go somewhere else!

Service was great. The concierge's were consistently helpful and friendly. The in house breakfast was top notch.  I would definitely stay there again.

I never had the pleasure of staying. Two months before my trip, I was scheduled for surgery. I reached out to Trips.com and was told I could not cancel. I then tried on multiple occasions to reach out to the hotel without any progress. Long story short, I am stuck paying for a hotel at the end of a trip I never got to take. If you book through Trip.com, make sure you do not fall and require surgery because they will not allow you to cancel....even with 2 months notice.
