Hotel Arts Barcelona

I booked a sea view king room, but when I arrived, the room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff upgraded me to a sea view suite. The newly renovated room had no strange smells, and the color scheme and facilities were all excellent!

This doesn't feel like a Ritz-Carlton experience. There were no brand welcome amenities or evening turndown gifts. While it's close to the beach, it's a bit far from the city center attractions. The partial sea view wasn't great. Room service food was delicious, but housekeeping was slow. I left at 2 PM for cleaning and returned at 5 PM to find they were just starting. I called the front desk to request a late checkout until 2 PM, which was refused. When I tried to ask for 1 PM, they hung up on me. Very rude!

The pool is beautiful and right by the sea, and the room is very spacious.

Really loved this hotel. The location is excellent, with a view of the marina and the sea from the window. The hotel staff are simply amazing – the reception, the waiters, and the service staff are all incredibly friendly and will even guide you to your destination within the hotel! Fantastic job! The breakfasts were incredibly varied and everything was delicious. We also dined at Mr. Perez’s restaurant, and it was extraordinary! I definitely recommend this hotel!!

Located by the sea and a park, it's convenient for a stroll or a run downstairs, although the beach can get quite crowded. The room itself is relatively new, but there's a slight lingering smell from the renovation. The breakfast wasn't really to my taste, but overall, all the services were quite good.

The rooms are huge and the decor is very suitable for summer – you could even shoot a movie here! It's really good, and there's also a Michelin three-star restaurant to dine at. It's excellent.

First time staying at a Ritz property, it was alright. The beach access was convenient, but it's a bit far from the city center. Luckily, taxis are readily available.

Great location and facilities, but the check-in wait was too long. The free-flow caviar at breakfast was a nice touch, overall a good review!
