Very pleasant, good value for money, the room was clean and the staff very friendly

They gave us a different room than the one we asked for, the hot air didn't work, it came out colder than anything else... there was hardly any shower gel or anything and the water didn't come out hot at all many times... in general we were cold in BCN!!

Excellent service located in a fairly central area, 10 minutes walk from Casa Battló.

As you arrive, the entrance portal is sad. When in the photos it looks more attractive. It smells bad as you enter the portal, as you enter the hostel and the room as well. It smells like tobacco because it must communicate somewhere. The room with a terrace is a brick and fence cage. The bathroom is in poor condition. The horizontal toilet drain downpipe faces the bed as if it were a side table. We don't even want to shower. It's noisy. From the images I expected something else. It said private parking at the hotel, but the parking underneath is public and does not belong to the hostel. It said that you had to reserve the parking to have a space, I made the request and when we arrived they had no record of my request and that the parking they have is full. The miniature television. The biggest problem was when we arrived that the door was closed and when I called it turned out that check-in had to be done before 3:30 p.m. or we would have to go to another hostel that is one street down, and they told me that they tried to locate me, and they couldn't. I was aware of no call or notice from him, the problem is that on the page it says that check-in until 00:00 but of course, checking in at the other hostel. A shame, thank goodness it's only one night.

Great hotel with a great location. Polite staff, clean rooms.

There was someone else's hair on the pillow. The room was very small and the facilities were rudimentary. The front desk was in another building and you had to walk for five minutes to check in. The elevator was very small and only one person could enter once the luggage was put away. The location of the hotel is okay and the staff's attitude is very good.

Convenient location and clean. It would be better if there were more kitchen facilities.
