A really beautiful hotel in a great central location. Really welcoming staff and beautiful hotel amenities. Only let down is the pool, which is a plunge pool and is small. Otherwise, it is perfect and I would stay at other H10 collection hotels.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights , location is so good so convenient , within walking distance ! The staff are so friendly and helpful , we express here our thanks to Xinyin and Ian ! We have a wonderful trip in Barcelona

Credit to the concierge African man who was extremely polite , professional and friendly. He was greeting everyone guess and offering assistance without being prompted. It was rarely to see people with this enthusiastic now a day. Unfortunately we forgot his name. But we decided to give a full stars on this review because of his hospitality.

Location was very good. But unfortunately the service and communication was not at the expected level. The team was willing to help, but due to the fully booked situation they could not help us. The terrace door was not possible to close and this gave us an unsafe feeling. As everybody could enter via the terrace to our room.

We had an amazing experience at this wonderful hotel! The location is great, near all the central places, but not too crowded. The room was nice and clean. We had a room turning to the courtyard so it was very quiet which was important to us. Above all the staff was amazing without exceptions, everyone was always super nice and willing to help - I strongly recommend this hotel and will surely come back! :)

In Barcelona, ​​where accommodations are expensive, this was a good hotel at a reasonable price. They provided a welcome drink, and the lobby had a pleasant scent, which was nice. The bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were so fragrant that I even looked for them. I was truly satisfied with my stay.

The room is very clean and the location is good. It is close to all the scenic spots and can be reached on foot. It is very close to a square and you can take the A1 from Barcelona Airport and walk there in a few minutes. The transportation is very convenient.

It is a 5-minute walk from the department store El Corte Inglés at Plaza Catalunya. It is a perfect place for sightseeing and shopping, as it is only a 10-15-minute walk from Palau de la Música Catalana, Casa Mila, Casa Patllo, and Boqueria Market. We were treated to a welcome drink🥤, and the morning buffet changes every day. They also serve traditional Spanish dishes, so the daily buffet alone is enough to satisfy us. The room has a high ceiling and the terrace faces the garden, and even a lap blanket is provided so that we can relax while watching the green plants. Free water is provided with the capsule coffee, and a simple toothbrush and cap are prepared in a simple pouch. Of course, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc. are provided. There are even bathrobes and slippers. I would like to use it again when I come to Barcelona. All the staff were nice. However, there are chain stores everywhere, so be careful not to make a mistake! I went there by mistake, but I was able to take shelter from a sudden rain and was grateful to be given a welcome drink. Such natural and small acts of kindness are very pleasing.

This check-in experience was very bad: First, when guests checked in, they were made to wait for a long time. When they encountered problems, they were not handled quickly enough. It was originally a problem of communication with the third-party platform, but the guests were forced to solve it by themselves. The two staff members at the front desk did not consider the time difference of the guest's country and insisted that the guest provide payment voucher information (it was midnight in China at this time). The service was extremely poor. Second, the facilities in the room were old, the coffee machine was not clean, the wall lamp felt like it was about to fall off, the towels were very old, and the toilet was not ventilated. The drinking water provided in the room was not replenished the next day. Third, when booking, I noted that I hoped the room would face east or south, but when arranging, there were rooms facing east, but they were not arranged. The guests had to show their payment vouchers before they could arrange them. Fourth, there was construction outside the hotel, which made it inconvenient to travel. I was going to play happily, but the check-in experience was so bad. I hope that those who go to play later will avoid pitfalls and pay special attention when booking hotels, and don't be deceived!

The staff were very friendly, and the facilities, including the exterior and lobby, were clean. However, the cleanliness in the room did not meet expectations, and in particular, the drainage in the shower did not work well, so it seemed like water would overflow every time I showered. Slippers, shower gowns, and amenities are provided. I am currently staying at another hotel in the H10 family, so compared to other hotels, H10 Urquinaona Plaza seems to be a bit lacking in cleanliness.
