Hotel Barcelona Universal

I arrived at the hotel around noon, and some rooms weren't ready yet, so I went to explore the neighborhood and had some seafood paella, which was pretty good. The hotel also has a pool on the tenth floor, but it's quite small. Spotting bikinis really depends on your luck, haha. In the afternoon, I also visited a perfume shop and bought some perfume; remember to get your tax refund! Overall, it was a good experience. Just be sure to keep an eye on your belongings.

The best value-for-money hotel in Barcelona. It's close to Paral·lel station and within easy walking distance to Las Ramblas. The facilities are also top-notch among city hotels.

The rooms aren't very soundproof. There's a subway station right downstairs, and taxis are almost always parked near the entrance. There are many different restaurants nearby, and several attractions are within walking distance. The beach is less than a kilometer away.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station. A taxi from the airport costs less than 35 euros. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the room is clean and tidy. Very good!

This is a 4-star hotel with a fantastic rooftop pool and stunning views, perfect for photos! The location is also great, with a McDonald's and other fast-food options right across the street. The room itself is quite spacious.

Convenient location, with a metro station right at the entrance. The staff were very polite. The only downside was that the air conditioning broke on the second day, but they provided a fan.

The hotel's location is super convenient; it was only a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. Plus, many attractions are within walking distance. Our twin room was spacious and well-equipped with accessibility features. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with our requests, and there was always someone available in the lobby. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making dining out a breeze – we found Asian and Spanish options, and the front desk even recommended a fantastic Western restaurant for us. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, with housekeeping tidying up daily. Definitely great value for money!

I stayed for two nights and the hot water wasn't working. The breakfast wasn't particularly lavish, but the hotel's location is excellent. Be careful of robbers when you go out, as there are people with hats and masked faces waiting to rob you right outside the hotel. I was robbed of my necklace by a masked person the moment I stepped out of the hotel entrance. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself; the hotel service was very good.
