This small hotel has a great location, about a ten-minute walk to the train station, and the subway station is right at the corner. Buying a 10-trip transit card for 13.5 euros makes getting around very convenient. The room is cleaned daily and is very tidy. There's a kettle and microwave in the common area on the second floor.

I originally booked a comfortable double room, which was advertised as having a window, but it turned out to be an internal, blocked-off window, and the room was very damp. So, I later switched to a balcony room facing the street. Little did I know, the street-facing rooms were so noisy; there were people singing at 3 AM! The location is very convenient, close to the metro station, and not far from the airport. Breakfast isn't included, but there's a coffee shop nearby that opens at 9 AM.

This hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. I arrived in the morning and they kindly allowed an early check-in, which was very thoughtful. The hotel facilities are standard, and there's a subway station right outside, not far from the Spanish Steps. The environment is a bit noisy due to the subway sounds from the street, but it's within a tolerable range.

Perfect location, just 100m from Metro station and 500m from Train station. Restaurants and supermarkets are all around. The receptionist is very helpful.

No heating. Had to request additional blankets. Sheets and blankets not clean enough. I was given a room in the first floor and you can hear (and feel) the noise of the underground. It starts operating at 5:00 am. Imposible to sleep beyond that time.

Facilities: The room was a bit small, and the bed wasn't very big; the bedding was just so-so. Hygiene: The cleanliness was decent, quite tidy. Environment: It's right next to a pedestrian street and a subway station, making dining and getting around extremely convenient. Service: The front desk service was excellent; they even helped us call a taxi.

The hotel is very close to the metro station, and I need to catch my flight at 9:05 am. It's very convenient for me. And the check-in and check-out process is quite efficient.

The location is good. Bus stops and metro stations are just outside the hotel. The staffs are really nice. The room and bathroom was clean. There’s also a free luggage room where you can leave your stuff in case of early check out which I availed. Really nice experience as someone who solo travels and wants privacy. It was worth the price.

I had a frustrating experience at Hotel Sans. I specifically booked a double exterior comfort room, but upon arrival, they initially placed me in a tiny single room. After complaining, they moved me to a bigger double room with a balcony—but it still wasn’t the exterior room I had booked. When I returned to reception to address the issue, they outright refused to give me the room I had paid for. Extremely disappointing service, and I will never return to this hotel!

Everything was good, though it might be a bit close to the train tracks as I could hear trains passing before falling asleep. The room was small but well-equipped and clean. It's conveniently located near the train station, definitely recommended.

Location is only few steps from placa de sans metro station. Small room but affordable price for solo travelers. Safe and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
