Excellent room facilities, walking distance to main train station, and Barcelona main sight seeing streets, best hotel for business and tourist stay.

It’s an incredible hotel with an amazing service. An extremely busy hotel. Pool area is always overly packed. I think the hotel will do best to make lifts available for those eating at the restaurant and different one for those staying at the hotel. Great location otherwise.

The room is Japanese style, but the hygiene is not Japanese style. There are obvious water stains on the bathroom floor. The location is right next to the train station, which is quite convenient for travel. The top floor bar has an unbeatable view, which is a major selling point of the hotel. The service is European standard, polite but not particularly enthusiastic.

The equipment is nice and new but the whole service is cold. All the service staff had expressionless faces. When I have questions, I ask them as if I owe them money. A hotel with no temperature at all. Only the location is good.

The room is spacious, but the breakfast is too limited, lacking hot dishes, and the room is cleaned daily without providing bottled water
