The service here is absolutely terrible, seriously, don't book with them. They never seem to understand what you're saying and just want to rip you off.

I searched for a long time and found this hotel to be great value for money. There's a supermarket right across the street and attractions nearby. It's really easy to get a taxi right outside – no need to download any ride-sharing apps before you arrive, you can just hail one. Taxis accept card or cash, and if you pay by card, you get a receipt.

We stayed at the twin bet room where we can be relax. And it was easy to access for major sightseeing spots. Around it, there are a lot of nice restaurants.

Hotel Condado Barcelona is truly a gem — although rated as a three-star, it feels more like a solid four- or even five-star property. The rooms are clean, stylish, and very comfortable, offering much more than you would expect at this level. The location is excellent, right in the center of the city, with plenty of taxis available and within easy reach of major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Service is friendly, and the overall experience is way beyond expectations for a three-star hotel. A fantastic choice if you want both value and quality in Barcelona.

Very clean and nice place

The hotel is in a great central location, with several buses both in front of the hotel and a 4-minute walk away. The metro is 200 meters away. It's surrounded by several shops, restaurants, and bars. The staff is extremely friendly, and they speak Italian. The room was clean, quiet, and had a balcony with a table and chairs—at least mine. I would definitely return.

There was a club right in front of the hotel, so it was noisy, but I slept well after a long day of traveling. The hotel was relatively clean. The location wasn't great for the price.

The advantages are its excellent location, with a large supermarket across the street and plenty of restaurants nearby. Shopping areas are also within easy walking distance, and attractions are all within about a 30-minute walk! The disadvantages are the terrible soundproofing, or perhaps the neighbors upstairs and next door were inconsiderate... Some of the room's facilities definitely need replacing... For example, the chairs felt like they had sunk in the middle, as did the bed. I don't know if it was too soft or had already collapsed, but the pillows were the most uncomfortable to lie on. This was the worst hotel I stayed in during my trip to Spain and Portugal! The bathroom door handle was noticeably loose, but it didn't affect its use. The room lock also felt rather basic. However, since the hotel claims to be staffed 24 hours a day, the security was acceptable. The staff seemed rather serious and didn't smile much...

It's easy to get to Plaza de Armas and Sagrada Familia in less than 20 minutes by bus, making transportation convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the king-size bed gave me a good night's sleep. The bathroom door was broken and wide, which was a bit uncomfortable. I was given an inner room, and the small window blocked out sunlight. However, the lack of light and noise allowed me to sleep well.

Standard rooms are quite dark. Location in a nice area. There is no fridge, kettle, coffee maker or iron in the room
