Best hotel in terms of location, safety and service. Very kind hotel staff who helped me with the luggage and booking of my airport transfer.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Sagrada Familia and the metro station. Although I didn't try the hotel breakfast, there's a cheap and delicious breakfast spot just a two-minute walk away that opens at 7 AM. The front desk staff were all very friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The downside is that the rooms are generally a bit old and small, and the walls are not well soundproofed. In my room, there was only a duvet cover and no duvet, which the front desk said they couldn't provide, so it was a bit cold at night. There were also no mouthwash cups in the room.

We had an amazing overnight stay in Barcelona. Room was clean, AC was good, location was perfect! We arrived very early and checked out early but left our luggage on the 1st floor storage. Thomas and the rest of the men / staff were all helpful and courteous! We will go back to Barcelona for a longer stay and we will book here again! 😍

The room is very small, and you still have to use a key to open the door. When you go out, you have to leave the key at the front desk — there's no privacy at all. The room is as tiny as my bathroom at home. The male staff also have a pretty bad attitude. If it weren't for being near the Sagrada Família, I’d give it a negative score. You're better off staying at a B&B.

The environment is pretty good, and the transportation nearby is very convenient, with small eateries around. The hotel facilities are basic, but the room was clean and tidy. The only downside was the poor soundproofing. Since I only stayed for one day, my overall impression is still decent.

The service was good. However, the hotel facilities are quite old, especially the noise issue. This is mainly because the building itself is old and the renovations didn't seem to account for soundproofing, resulting in poor sound insulation. You can clearly hear the elevator from inside the room. Besides the small room, there weren't any other major problems. The location is very convenient, close to the subway station and within walking distance to the Sagrada Familia.

Great located, 10 min walk to Sagrada familia. 5 min to metro. Great bed and mattress. Not nosy street it’s useful. Minuses: this walls - everything you can hear in the corridor

I have booked a triple room for 3 persons. The room is so small that it doesn't match the picture at the platform provided. We even cannot open 3 luggages in the room. There is nothing in the room, no hairdryer, no kettle, no cups. The air condition is weak and we need to ask the staff to lend me a fan. The beds are too soft that make us waist pain after the whole night sleep. The staffs are not nice and not helpful. I have never experienced such a worse hotel. Luggage storage need to paid. The most point that it is not cheap. Overall, I eagerly not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The location is central and close to the train station. The room is comfortable, perfect for a night stay in Barcelona before heading to the next stop.
