Arc House Barcelona Reviews

II recently had the pleasure of staying at Arc hostel Barcelona, and I must say it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The hostel is perfectly located, close to public transport and major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I stayed in a shared dorm, but the atmosphere was friendly and respectful. The common areas were cozy and offered great opportunities to meet fellow travelers. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, which is always a plus.

I have to ask for a refund from trip.com and my credit card because there was no reception working when i entered after a late flight at 2AM. Thankfully i was let into the building by another guest, but i did not get my room and slept on a couch in the lounge. They use Whatsapp for after hours reception but i did not get properly serviced. I was exhausted. I would have been stuck outside if a guest did not let me in.

I was not able to stay, since the reservation I made by mistake was for a women's room, but they treated me well.

The hygiene is poor, the sheets and pillows are very thin, and the bathroom and bathroom are poorly designed.

The place is nothing to say, good location, everything is clean and quite quiet.

It was friendly, the location was good, the facilities weren't bad, and it was my first time using a dormitory and it was great. It was nice to have a shared kitchen where you could cook your own food.

First experience in a hostel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation and the setting, beautiful place. I was in a room exclusively for women with a private bathroom. I only stayed there one night, to do again.

It is enough for a solo traveller mainly for sightseeing.

Would go back. I loved being there!! Close to everything and incredible place. Super clean, ok accommodation.
