Hotel Casa Bonay & Spa

Great hotel and a wonderful stay overall. The team gave us a very warm welcome, and the room was simply outstanding. We really enjoyed the Termas Bonay, and the food and drinks were fantastic too. I was particularly impressed by the modern renovation of the accommodation while still preserving its original charm. The only minor downside was that breakfast was already being cleared away 5 minutes before 11 AM, and no more orders were being taken. That was a shame, but otherwise, everything was superb. I'm happy to recommend Casa Bonay.

It met my expectations for the price; for a European hotel, the air conditioning was quite effective.

The room I was given was facing the street, and it was extremely noisy. The windows offered virtually no soundproofing, so those who prefer quiet sleeping should be cautious. The overall design was good, and the ceiling height was sufficient. Ctrip listed the bed as 1.3 meters, but we were actually given a 1.8-meter bed. The city fee is approximately €9 per person; Ctrip's price is inaccurate.

The hotel's decor was nice, but there seemed to be a lot of dust mites. My partner and I sneezed as soon as we turned on the air conditioning 🤧. The staff weren't particularly attentive; for two days they didn't provide bathrobes (the old ones had been taken away, and the new ones hadn't been replaced in time). We only noticed before showering, so we couldn't contact the front desk to ask for new ones… The front desk staff were quite friendly.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The ground floor has a bar, restaurant, and coffee shop—everything you could want, and the food was delicious! I had breakfast at the coffee shop every day. The bar is open all day, perfect for chatting with friends or relaxing and working alone; the decor is very stylish! The dinner restaurant was fantastic, serving creative Spanish cuisine. The hotel rooms are simple yet stylish and very clean. The staff were all very friendly, and the location is great!
