Enjoybcn Dali Apartments

We received some of the worst customer service after a booking error on our end that we tried to fix right away. There were also not enough supplies for our three night stay (needed more toilet paper and soap). The location however cannot be beat and washer/dryer were convient. It also was nice they dropped off a small Christmas day treat.

Enjoybcn team were contactable at all times and were very happy to answer all questions. The toaster and dishwasher were not working in our appartment and the team sent someone out the same day to sort. We would use Enjoybcn again.

Apartments are in a prime location in a very charming neighborhood. Hosts are extremely professional and they have thought of every detail. Two sets of keys, self-check in, a lift for your luggage, spotless apartment, all cleaning supplies provided, etc. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars rather than 5 is that we paid extra to book the penthouse with a huge terrace, but when we arrived we were facing a giant construction zone directly across the small street, so we couldn’t use the terrace between 8am-8pm due to very loud noise, workers on scaffolding staring directly into the flat, and dust dust dust (they are resurfacing a stone building). In the US it is customary for a host to warn a guest in advance of major construction that impacts enjoyment of a rental, and either offer a free cancellation or a discount on the price of the stay. While they were very professional and polite, the hosts disagreed and said they could not control construction, but brought over a bottle of wine to compensate. Just be sure to ask if construction is finished when you book- if it is complete then you will LOVE this apartment!

We hired an apartment in the Dali complex and had a very positive experience. The facilities were exactly as presented in the web. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, immaculate clean, quiet, in a very central location both for sightseeing and transportation. I will surely recommend the apartment and the Enjoybcn buildings to all!

Four friends visiting Barcelona first time traveling as a group together from the US. I’ll begin with Enjoybcb staff, they were wonderful from my first email of random questions. 2 girls arrived 8 hours before checking in and had the security of dropping their luggage at the office until our reservation began, what a helpful relief after a long flight knowing they had to wait before our rental was ready but not carry all their bags around the city. We were all so satisfied with our flat! 4 separate bedrooms for individual privacy, size and beds all different but each provided a fresh pillow and comforter per bed + bath towels, I had the bunk bed room- power outlet perfect spot for the bottom bunk to recharge and use ur phone. WiFi worked great, Kitchen had what we needed, washer isn’t big or fast but absolutely used and a plus! Central air conditioning, but we all mentioned it never felt cool in our rooms at night. Perfect hot showers in both bathrooms, plenty of common area to eat and relax together, u can see both directions from the windows in this prime location* no street noise!!! Very clean! I appreciate no extra, pillows, flair etc. due to Covid, its unnecessary. We felt very comfortable. We went everywhere in the 3 days 2 nights by foot from our doorstep, (which I’ll add the keypad security entrance immediately allowed me the personal enjoyment to relax and feel safe) next to a tiny convenience store to the Beautiful Church on the end of the road. Easy to get transportation for our exit to the airport. I’m very pleased and grateful for my experience. I’ve recommended this location already and hope to return again in the future. Thank you

When we first booked the Dali Apartment through EnjoyBCN, we weren't sure what to expect - mainly because this was our first time traveling to Barcelona and we had a decent size family of 5 people (which included two seniors 70+ years old and a toddler). But overall the stay was great and we plan to come back to this apartment in the future. First, the EnjoyBCN staff was amazing! They were very polite in their messaging and also super helpful. They responded to my random questions with great detail, and they once tried to help us book a taxi after we got stuck at the beach in Badalona (very few taxis go there so I asked the EnjoyBCN staff if they could contact a taxi service for us since my Spanish was limited). The apartment itself is really nice. All the rooms are "cozy" but big enough that we didn't feel cramped despite having 5 people. The appliances were pretty much new and we had everything we needed for a short 4-day stay. The balcony and the rooftop were the best parts of the apartment - especially when there was a great breeze. One thing to note is that the breakfast service is kind of a lot of food if you're also going out to eat and buying groceries/snacks. We paid for the breakfast each day we were there, but probably only ate half of it. Next time, I will likely just get the breakfast service every other day. (They sometimes had these small chocolate croissants that were crazy delicious, which would be the main reason I would order breakfast.) The surrounding area has a lot of great restaurants and shops, and there's a very picturesque church within 5 minutes walk. We hired a photographer to take some photos of us and we actually spent most of our photo shoot in the surrounding area because of thee great architecture and views. Finally, while there's no shortage of taxis in Barcelona, there's a taxi stop at the closest intersection - no more than 50 feet away. This was helpful since we had so many people plus a lot of luggage. When we were leaving Barcelona, we just waited at the taxi stop for a couple minutes for one of the large taxis to come by. Huge thanks to the EnjoyBCN staff (Nuria, Raquel, Sara, Marcos, Gonzalo, Ivanov, Oscar, and Oriol) that took care of us!

The team at EnjoyBCN was SO COMMUNICATIVE and so helpful — before, during, and after our stay. I was always able to chat with someone right away if I had any questions, and they were able to hold our luggage for us after checkout so we could explore the city for a few final hours before our flight. We had an issue with the key to the door not working at 3:00am, and the team helped us resolve it quickly and calmly. The air conditioning was a major plus (it was HOT in July), the rooftop was lovely, and there was plenty of space for 8 adults.

A 5 night stay in Apartment 6, which came with its own outside terrace, was a fantastic place to base our stay in Barcelona. Amazing location that allowed us to explore Barcelona by foot. The apartment was modern with great facilities and the team at EnjoyBCN made everything so simple with great communication.Dont forget to make use of the rooftop terrace, available to all apartments and great views of the Barcelona skyline
