The room was spacious, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Compared to hotels in other popular tourist cities in Europe, this place offers great value for money. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel, and it's very convenient to get to Passeig de Gràcia and Gaudí's three famous buildings. They provided slippers and toothbrushes. My only minor complaint is that the duvet didn't have a cover; it was just two sheets wrapped around it. When I called room service to change it, they said that's how they all are...

Excellent location and great room amenities, it really feels like a boutique hotel. Highly recommend it! They even have a hair straightener. If I come back to Barcelona, I'd definitely stay here again. The only minor downside is that the duvet was a bit thin.

The hotel's location is excellent and it's quite new. They even offer welcome champagne, and the lobby sofas are incredibly comfortable.

This hotel is incredibly clean and spacious, offering excellent value for money, especially for Europe. Its location is fantastic, very close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend it! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Staying here was a cozy and stylish choice right in the heart of the city. What really stood out was the thoughtful luggage storage service. Even before checking in or after checking out, the staff took excellent care of our bags, even arranging a separate space for them.

My travel plans kept changing, so I booked day-by-day to avoid having my entire trip cancelled. I booked a standard room the day before, but due to a booking error, I ended up with a 'Seventy Room' today and needed to switch. In the morning, I specifically requested a twin room at check-in, and the front desk agreed. When I returned in the evening, I found it was still a single king-size bed room. I talked to the front desk, and they informed me that all rooms were booked, and they couldn't switch me to a twin. Actually, a king-size bed is just two smaller beds pushed together, so all they needed to do was change the bedding to accommodate us. However, the hotel's handling of the situation was very rigid, so I'm deducting points for service. There's no real difference between the 'Seventy Room' and the standard room, so it's not worth paying extra for it.

Great location, and the rooms are quite new with excellent design and service.

The biggest highlight of this hotel is its unbeatable location! The nearby metro station makes getting anywhere incredibly convenient. For a two-day trip, I'd recommend getting the 48-hour transport card – you can hop on and off various modes of transport as much as you like without thinking, especially if you're not keen on walking. Casa Mila, the closest attraction, is less than a ten-minute walk away.

The hotel has a great environment and an excellent, safe location. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel's overall environment exceeded my expectations. It's located just off the end of Passeig de Gràcia, surrounded by many delicious tapas bars and great brunch spots. The 'Chorros' place across from the hotel is absolutely fantastic, and the coffee shop serves excellent coffee too. The hotel even boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant! Highly recommended! Barcelona is a very clean city and perfect for shopping; all the luxury boutiques offer excellent service.

Very bad experience with the booking and unetical behaviour of the respondants. I booked the hptel for 3 nights prepaid withput cancellation through trip.com. immediately after booking within 2 mnts i realized that i have mistakenly booked wrong dates and start messagung trip.com to modify or cancel my booking. Even emailed tye hotel to do the samebso i could change my dates. But teip.com kept telling me tgat hotel is not accepting and tye hotel told me that they dont have a conyract with me tgtas between me and trip.com to setrle. I waisted almost 1200 euros. But they didnt budge and were happy to keep my money altgough it was peak biiking time and somebody else could have booked the room without thwwir loss. I have discontinued my usage of trip.com sunce for further bookings and will definately not going to stay in this hotel ever.

It’s a nice and clean hotel in a good location. Would add a nice touch if water at the reception is offered everyday. When we were there, it seems kind of random - offered only on couple of days and not daily. Also, 1 bottle of water in the room a day is not sufficient for 2 persons. Had to ask from reception when we ran out and it was late (we did buy huge bottles from the supermarket ourselves).

The location is fantastic, not far from Casa Mila and Passeig de Gràcia. La Petite is right across the street, making it super convenient to get to various places. The hotel itself is spacious and spotless.

The room was quite spacious. The front desk staff were professional and responsible. The free spa on the first basement level requires advance booking. It's very convenient to get to all the attractions nearby by subway. Highly recommend, highly recommend, highly recommend!
