Hampton by Hilton Barcelona Fira Gran Via

The room was really big and spacious. The front desk staff spoke multiple languages, and there was a Chinese-speaking girl who could assist in Mandarin. It was also a nice touch that they provided slippers and a toothbrush with toothpaste, which you don't always find. Getting to the airport was convenient, though the buses weren't very punctual, so make sure to get to the bus stop early!

The room was smaller than last time, and it didn't come with a coffee maker or mugs. Previously, the welcome gift for members included a small bag of chocolates or cookies in addition to bottled water. This Christmas, when we asked about the member gift, we reluctantly received only two small bottles of water. The service isn't as warm as it used to be. Breakfast starts being cleared very early every day. If you go at 9 AM, it's very crowded, and many items like milk, coffee from the machine, and fruit are out of stock and not replenished promptly. It just doesn't feel as good as it once was.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton by Hilton Barcelona. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, the room was spotless, and the location was fantastic. I loved it so much that I've become a fan of Hilton hotels! When I checked out, the room was cleaned perfectly, just as it was when I arrived. I took some pictures for everyone to see.
