We had rather a long wait to check in and were not acknowledged by the staff on reception who were dealing with two other guests checking in. There were five staff behind the reception desk but it took a good five minutes maybe longer before anyone attended to us!! This did not feel like the best start but our check in was then done quickly and efficiently but not what I would call a warm welcome. Our room was on the sixth floor and was nice and clean. The beds are really comfortable and apart from the half the tv channels everything worked fine. I was surprised there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room considering this is a four star hotel. The pool area was also a little disappointing.

Good value for money at this hotel with quite good amenities. A bit far from the center/coastline though there is a direct bus (40min)

Very clean, cozy and good service! We arrived earlier than the check in time thought of just putting the luggage and wander around but they allowed us to check in early and we were so happy. Going to any of the landmarks will require us to take public transports. The good thing was the public transports are very convenient and nearby. The only flaw was that it was very hard to find breakfast place nearby early in the morning other than the hotel. Most cafe open at 10 or 11AM so we had to skip breakfast during our stay there.

Would recommend to this hotel to everyone. Super clean, really nice staff, overall great stay. Will be returning.

The hotel is well-equipped with facilities for eating, drinking and playing. After staying for 2 days, I wanted to change the room to continue my stay (from a single room to a triple room). I communicated with the front desk two days in advance and hoped to seamlessly connect to another room. When my family arrived, they said that they could not change yet, and if there was no room at 12 o'clock, we had to exit and wait for the room. . I had checked the website before and the hotel had rooms. . Later, the hotel said that there was a room that could be changed, and asked to send the room card up so that we could change the room. They actually said that I must go down and sign to get the key. When I went down to ask, they said that the hotel's process must be like this. . This made me very disappointed and very disappointed, so I decided not to continue my stay. I hope hotel management take note on this issue, hotel guess is smart nowadays, dont simply give excuse to us and this will spoil the hotel branding overall my staying experience is perfect but due to this case i thinking should give bad feedback on the service, this may not fair to most of the hotel good service staff, but this are important for us to let u know those superb bad experience

The service was very good. Although we couldn't communicate in the same language, they could still understand after some gestures. The environment was very nice and quiet. There were also stone sculptures in the hotel, which was very elegant. The bathing was convenient and the hot water was very large.

Pros of the hotel: good location (close to the metro and the center), friendly staff, 24-hour reception, spacious rooms with a good design, a huge comfortable bed, there is a refrigerator, slippers and cosmetics are provided, you can take a kettle to your room at the reception and use it all the time Cons: terrible soundproofing, you can hear everything from the hallway and from the neighbors. Our neighbors were noisy, but the staff tried to help us calm them down over the phone. They also ask for bank card details upon check-in.
