We had rather a long wait to check in and were not acknowledged by the staff on reception who were dealing with two other guests checking in. There were five staff behind the reception desk but it took a good five minutes maybe longer before anyone attended to us!! This did not feel like the best start but our check in was then done quickly and efficiently but not what I would call a warm welcome. Our room was on the sixth floor and was nice and clean. The beds are really comfortable and apart from the half the tv channels everything worked fine. I was surprised there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room considering this is a four star hotel. The pool area was also a little disappointing.

Good value for money at this hotel with quite good amenities. A bit far from the center/coastline though there is a direct bus (40min)

Very clean, cozy and good service! We arrived earlier than the check in time thought of just putting the luggage and wander around but they allowed us to check in early and we were so happy. Going to any of the landmarks will require us to take public transports. The good thing was the public transports are very convenient and nearby. The only flaw was that it was very hard to find breakfast place nearby early in the morning other than the hotel. Most cafe open at 10 or 11AM so we had to skip breakfast during our stay there.

The service was very good. Although we couldn't communicate in the same language, they could still understand after some gestures. The environment was very nice and quiet. Pros of the hotel: good location (close to the metro and the center), friendly staff, 24-hour reception, spacious rooms with a good design, a huge comfortable bed, there is a refrigerator, slippers and cosmetics are provided, you can take a kettle to your room at the reception and use it all the time Cons: terrible soundproofing, you can hear everything from the hallway and from the neighbors.
