The Grand Hyatt Barcelona had offered me a 5-star hotel experience! The check-in service was great and I received a complimentary macaron set. The hotel environment is clean and decent. The location is close to Spotify Camp Nou and the airport! The overall experience was excellent and highly recommended to all tourists :)

Front desk service was very slow. It took a long time to check in, and the room facilities were just average.

The service was terrible. The front desk staff were stone-faced throughout check-in and check-out, never smiling and speaking in a cold manner. When I called the front desk because my room window wouldn't open, they said someone would come to check it, but no one ever showed up. An extremely poor hotel experience. Ctrip's ratings are very fake.

Not very central. Breakfast is so so. The nearby cafes were nice.

I didn't realize it was a suite when I booked, but when I entered the room, I found it to be very large and spacious. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent, and breakfast was decent. It's located near the University of Barcelona. The only issue was that I called the front desk at noon to request a one-hour late checkout, and they said it was fine. However, at 12 o'clock, a staff member knocked a few times and then just opened the door directly.
