Fantastic location, and the hotel's classic and elegant style is simply wonderful. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful too. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Barcelona!

Traveling solo, I was drawn to this hotel's location on a lively street. There are plenty of shops nearby, including supermarkets, and many restaurants. The metro is close by, and it's a convenient walk to the attractions in the old town. I was really pleased that my room had a fridge, and there was also drinking water available on each floor. Breakfast was average – not very varied, but it had all the essentials. The main issue was the noise isolation – in my room, I could feel the subway trains passing by (or something similar), and I could hear voices from the next room.

Run away from this hotel! Do not stay in this hotel! The power went out earlier in the building, AC didn't work around the clock & no fan were given at our requests. The hotel staff were not helpful to solve the situation but attitudes, came back tomorrow. The hotel staff lack of integrity. Its truly disgusting to deal with such unprofessional business practices. We're unable to sleep all night but "sweating".

Hotel location is central in La Rambla & near the market. Reception service is impeccable. The service staff was helpful. Breakfast is good with a wide choice of pastries & fresh juices. I will strongly recommend my friends to book this hotel when they visit Barcelona.
