The bathroom drain was clogged, and there were no blankets at night. I tried calling the front desk before 10 PM, but no one answered. This is my first time booking an international hotel through Trip.com, and I'm really frustrated. I've booked many times through *********** and never had this kind of experience.

The hotel's environment and facilities are great. There's a free gym available for workouts, and the view from the window is beautiful. The front desk staff was very nice; they even let me check in over an hour early. The breakfast was also good, and they offer an airport shuttle, which makes it a great choice if you have an early flight the next morning.

I'm quite satisfied. It's a bit out of the way, but their own restaurant is pretty good.

Near metro station. Convenient access to airport with the complimentary shuttle. Outside mechanic noise a bit disturbing, can hear well from rooms. Staffs are kind.

The hotel was great! It's about 6-7 km from the airport. There was no pick-up service in the afternoon, so I took the airport L9 line and walked a few hundred meters. The room was spacious for European standards and very clean, with excellent hot water. I was rushing for my flight so I didn't get to have breakfast. Service was good. Recommended!

Room was clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice but small for 3 adults. I was a little loud at night because large trucks passed by often.
