The hotel is not far from the subway, and the service staff is friendly, but you must be aware that the large number of pictures of rooms with terraces provided by the hotel may not be the room you booked‼ ️‼ ️‼ ️The glass window of the toilet and bathroom in the executive single room is next to the elevator⁉️⁉️⁉️While waiting for the elevator, you can clearly see the frosted glass of the toilet and bathroom in the room🤣🤣🤣

Unless one excepts a proper gym (it only has a tiny room with stationary bikes), the hotel is outstanding and perfectly located.

Nice hotel. In a good location. Drains in bathroom would welcome a slash of bleach. Hotel lacks atmosphere. Breakfast is pleasant, but with radom charges for a sausage ?
Lobby bar is very small and unappealing. You have to telephone for service at the bars, despite Hotel reception and lobby staff (who are not busy) can see you waiting. Overall nice stay, just needs to be more attentive to guests.

The hotel is very well located with several options for dining, transportation and enjoy walking around. The hotel is nice, but a little bit dark inside and specially the rooms. Staff is friendly as well. During my stay, one of the elevators broke down for three days.

Location was very convenient from airport by train, as well as to Gaudi properties, food and drink. Our room was not available until an hour and a half after checkin time, which was unfortunate for our napping ability so our initial evening plans were shot. The hotel was attractive, clean and desk staff were helpful. The pool is smaller than it appears in photos, but a nice amenity in the heat, and you can use the bathrobes provided as coverups. Afternoon siestas were not possible as that’s when cleaning staff were active, and by active I mean super loud in the hallways. We requested two beds - it was two single mattresses side by side, with separately tucked in sheets, which wasn’t actually an issue for us. Air conditioning is controlled by the front desk, but when we asked for it to be a bit cooler, they changed it immediately for us. The bathrooms are modern, but I suggest you close the doors when not in use as the drains made lots of noise when other rooms were showering etc. Lots of nice toiletries provided. Blackout blinds were a delight! We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it looked nice. Two elevators so we never had to wait. Overall a positive experience.
