We choose this accommodation, 2 rooms apartment because of the location which is very near to the Barcelona Sants station as we need to board early morning train. There is also metro station nearby. We arrive early in the morning before the check in time, we we allowed to left our luggage before check in and refreshed ourselves there.

4 mins walk from Train station, great location. Rooms are not as described and the room pictures are not as shown. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people, as the booking details said including 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. However, we'd received a room that was missing 1 single bed, it ended up one of us needed to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed, which is not my initial idea when making this booking, we don't want to sleep in the living room!  As we talked to the receptionist, it was very disappointed that they were not able to make another arrangement for us!  Honestly, I would have booked the 3 bedroom apartment because we don't want to sleep in the living room or on a sofa bed. Due to the incorrect room pictures, booking information and inappropriate arrangements makes this an unsatisfied stay. 

Very bad service and the room smells really bad, although they change another room but the smell is also really bad. Strongly not recommend this hotel, they even ask you to pay more for the city tax. Absolutely ridiculous, and trip.com app can’t help us to cancel the booking. Very uncomfortable and irrational experience. 千萬不要住這間爛飯店，味道很臭 還有毒品的味道，原本在app上面顯示跟到了現場櫃檯的價格不一樣，他們會多要求200歐元的押金（他們沒有在平台上說會收費），然後跟你多收更多的城市稅。態度非常差 千萬不要來踩雷，當天晚上我們就離開去別的飯店了，但他們不退錢！

The location was perfect for my trip - very close to Barcelona Sants. I arrived just past midnight and receptionist was very welcoming and efficient. The room was modern, spacious and clean. I will definitely be booking again.

Nice and fancy room. Clean and furnished. Hope coffee capsules are available in the coffeemaker like in our air BnB in Milan 😁. Staff are great and cool. Recommendable 👍👍👍🫶🫶🫶

Close to the train station and not too far away from the city center. The service is nice but the WiFi is really weak

Hotel was super trendy looking but had just enough necessities which is great and we appreciate the 24/7 staff in the lobby.

Convenient and clean

Bright and simple design, very spacious. The shower 🚿 has a lot of water, and the dry and wet areas are separated. It is equipped similar to an apartment, with a large refrigerator, microwave and induction cooker. Very simple disposable toothpaste and toothbrush are provided. The large balcony is a surprise, and you can sit on the balcony in the afternoon to drink coffee and watch the street view. During the stay in Europe, the room is basically not cleaned, and the bath towels are not changed, which requires adaptation. It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the train station. Turn right and go down the stairs to find a restaurant. The taste and price are reasonable. It is only within 15-30 minutes to walk to the lively city center.

Close to the train station and Plaza de España, the surrounding taverns are very down-to-earth, the counter service is friendly, the suite-style apartment is spacious and comfortable, and it is good value for money. The interior decoration and supplies are slightly poor, but the location is convenient.

The hygiene is good, the kitchenware and refrigerator are complete, the attitude is also very good, and the room is large. The most important thing is that it is very close to the train station, which is very convenient for us to go to Granada, hahahaha.

The room was quite big and clean, but there were many young people living in the adjacent rooms. They were noisy from morning till night, which was very uncomfortable. Everything else was ok.
