The location is great, with a subway station and 3-4 convenience stores nearby, plus a Chinese restaurant. The area has many small businesses, so it feels quite safe. It's about a 20-minute walk to the beach. The room is spacious and well-equipped, and the front desk staff are very polite. The only thing I couldn't accept was the ceiling leaking on the last night. Can anyone explain why a 1300 a night hotel would have a leaking ceiling? Since I was checking out the next day and it was late, I didn't want the hassle of changing rooms, so I just used a bucket to catch the water. The front desk's attitude was okay, but I'd definitely think twice before choosing this hotel again.

Easy access to 3 subway stations. Clean cosy room, climatization was good enough. Very comfortable pillows. However, there were some problems in the bathroom with the hose - it definitely needs some maintenance.

Need 10 mins walk from metro station, not a lot of restaurant nearby, a few groveries nearby. Room quite clean but not very spacious.

I had a fantastic stay at NH Diagonal. The staff were absolutely outstanding—incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They made sure everything was handled smoothly and really went out of their way to assist me whenever I needed support. It made a big difference to feel so well looked after. The hotel itself was great, but the exceptional service is what truly stood out. I’d definitely stay again—highly recommended!

NH Hotels will always give you a good experience. Good service, amenities and customer experience. Location is not really good, although you will have 2 underground stations 10 minutes walking from the station
