One of the highlights of the Conica Deluxe is undoubtedly the gourmet breakfast served each morning. The room was large and immaculate. The subway is only three minutes' walk away, making the location ideal for exploring Barcelona. There was free water, coffee, and coffee breads provided. The personnel is amiable and supportive. We adore the location of the rooftop patio where we can have our morning meals. Highly recommended; if we return to Barcelona, we would most likely stay there again.

This is an elegant flat in an upscale area of Barcelona. Historic building with marble staircase and rooms updated in modern, minimalist style. There were large jars of sweet snacks and liter water bottles for guests to take. The only downside for me was the lack of communication with the reception. We had been greeted by housekeeping who gave us our keys and showed us the room but was primarily Spanish speaking and we couldn’t find her again. We had questions about no breakfast provided but no response to emails. We had other questions about the area but no one to ask. Travelers not needing any help would find this wonderful but it was our first time in Barcelona and we could have used some support.

Great location and awesome service. Had amazing pantry area where we went every morning for a quiet coffee and snacks. Will always recommend the place. Access to metro and bus is also good. Walkable distance to Casa Milà and Casa Battlo is also an added benefit.

Excellent property and great location. Very easy check in and out, lovely room with balcony which we kindly got upgraded to free of charge. Great kitchen amenities and fridge full of water to be used whenever you would like free of charge. Large bedroom with fantastic bathroom which was spotless and room made up every day which was a great surprise. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and will definitely return as is in walking distance to all main sites.

The Conica was perfect. Low key ambience in an historic building, excellent location to walk anywhere, restaurants/shopping in neighborhood. Room was beautiful with super comfortable bed and lovely bath amenities. Highly recommend.
