Great location. Calle Balmes runs parallel to La Rambla, so you are close enough to the centre without having to stay in the noise Ramble hotels. Very clean rooms, nice bathrooms and big shower. Nicely furnished throughout, from entrance hall to bedrooms to dinign room. As it is esentially rooms in a large apartment it is nice and quiet with no noisy reception area. Delicious breakfast, stylish dining room. Definitely stay again. Staff very friendly.

Stayed at Casa Balmes for a long weekend. Hotel was spotlessly clean and we were well looked after by Carlos and his team. Good breakfast included in the price and good choice offered. Coffee and tea available throughout the day. Handy location for sights and Carlos recommended very good local restaurants. Beds are comfortable, room has mini safem Nicely decorated. Highly recommended.

Points forts : situation, propreté, chambre plutôt spacieuse et SDB avec douche italienne appréciable…. Points négatifs : notre chambre sans vue , assez bruyant dans l ensemble, PTD simple …. Au final assez bon rapport //prix vu les prix sur Barcelone

Due appartamenti riuniti, per ricavarne un piccolo, ma grazioso e soprattutto pulito hotel da 11 stanze, situato al secondo piano di un condominio, a due passi da tutto….fermata autobus davanti, Rambo a a 8 minuti a piedi, casa Batlo’ a 3 minuti….Carlos ed il suo collaboratore italiano, cordialissimi e sempre precisi. Ci torneremo. Punto di riferimento per girare a Barcellona. Consigliato

Siamo stati da poco in questo B&B per 3 giorni, 2 adulti e 1 bambina. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni esigenza (checkin posticipato, consigli logistici su come visitare Barcellona, ecc), ragazzo dello Staff attento e sempre col sorriso. Punti di forza in 3 parole: Posizione strategica (vicinissimo a Casa Batlló e relativa fermata metro), Pulizia stanza e struttura ottima, Qualità/Prezzo. Colazione compresa nel prezzo, piccolo terrazzino relax, macchina del caffè/The sempre a disposizone per gli ospiti ad uso gratuito durante tutto il giorno, frigobar in camera. Consigliatissimo .
