We loved our stay here. The person who checked us in was very friendly and provided us with information on the local area and a map to help us get around. The hotel and our room were very clean and we had amazing sleep the whole time as the curtains blocked out all light in our room. Hotel was quiet, even though it was on a busy street. Perfect location for those who want to to explore the gothic quarter and go out and eat there in the evenings, short walk from the sea, and there are easy bus and metro routes to the main attractions.

This hotel was so beautiful.The location is also good.
The room had a very high ceiling and was beautiful with stylish colors.The staffs were also nice.
I was surprised there were no coffee service in the room. But it was ok because they have vending machines on the lobby floor. I didn't know how to fill the bathtub with hot water.But I didn’t ask them ,so not a problem. I recommend! Good cost performance!!

The hotel had a problem with my room, and, due they was full booked, as soon as I arrived, they provide to book another room in another hotel, 5 minutes away from there.
Same hotel, same stars and same location.. A boy, accompanied us there and everything was perfect and well organized.

Excellent room service and living conditions. The location is also very good, right next to the light rail station and subway station. The main thing is that the attitude of the hotel front desk was very good. We stayed there for four days and we were very comfortable and happy. Very close to Joncake and the Gothic Quarter.
