Terrible Experience at Konark Grand Hotel, Mirzapur
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked a Suite Room , but what we got was an old, outdated room that was nowhere near a suite. The room was smelly, dirty, and poorly maintained—the bed and bathroom were filthy, and the room phone was broken.
Service was pathetic! There was no proper room service, and we had to go downstairs to the reception or restaurant just to place an order. Even worse, we had to carry our own luggage downstairs as no staff was available to help.
Overall, this was a horrible stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

The whole stay was very comfortable and food was so tasty . We had Lunch , dinner and brunch in their restaurant and every meal was very satisfying . I will definitely recommend this hotel .

Head Waitress at restaurant should be trained well. Being a hotel management student she doesn't even know how to serve the food. Ordered for soup, starters and main course. Already informed to get soup firstly and then continue to serve the rest items. But the waitress got the main course first and then starters and soup lastly. When I asked for the same, she replied arrogantly whatever gets ready first that would be served first. And she just placed the items on table and left. Not even brothered to serve. But while billing she came to us and trying to talk nicely as she noticed cash in our hands. She is very much interested in collecting tips from guests but not in service.........But the junior waitress was smiling and well mannered...she noticed that we felt inconvenience and apologised us.......... Food and Beverage should definitely need to train the staff.....Hope this will not get repeated in future.

Property location, amenities are good , however service needs to be approved.
Things were broken such as Kettle, Toilet flush water leakages, Mosquito, insects .

A memorable and enjoyable stay. Our stay at konark grand Hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were friendly ,helpful in nature. I specially loved the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Clean and comfortable rooms. Specially thanks to shreya upadhya at the front desk for their amazing services. And also thank to Rajnikant tiwari sir (Front office manager) to booking our room. Thank u all!!!!

Poor staff, especially the restaurant. Bed arrangements were insane, single beds for family of 3 which doesn’t make sense at all.

i had a wonderful stay at konark grand hotel, mirzapur. the hospitality was excellent, and the staff was courteous and attentive. my room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. the overall service and amenities exceeded my expectations, making my stay truly pleasant. i’d rate my experience 5 – excellent and would definitely consider staying here again.. please share my discount amount
