It was a disappointing stay. The location is the only thing we liked. The rom was okay but it was exactly behind the palm neon so we didn’t have a very good view. The hotel claims it has a restaurant but we couldn’t find any. The breakfast was very simple. When we left the hotel at around 6am there was nobody at the reception so we couldn’t check out properly and, as a result, had to pay for car park.

設施設備挺好 引導停車的客服人員 很有禮貌 非常熱情
衞生細節較差 床上裙邊很臟 入住時發現 擺設小件有破損 樓層服務員未及時更換 建議加強對樓層服務員的培訓工作
退房時由於客人較多 在電梯裏不小心碰到五方通話的報警按鈕 電話接通後監控中心 值班人員態度不好 罵臟話

應該是馬爾康最好的酒店了，酒店設施和服務都很到位，辦理入住的時候工號022號的前台小姐姐非常熱情，主動幫我們升級了房間，酒店周邊吃飯也很方便，值得推薦

這應該是馬爾康最新最好的酒店了。在進藏區第一站就遇到這樣設施條件還是比較意外驚喜。感覺到整個酒店都花了非常多的心思設計。尤其是大堂還是很有特點。房間陳設相對簡單，但很是温馨乾淨，很多小細節，衞生間也頗有設計感。酒店的早餐還是比較豐盛。服務也很熱情，還送了果盤，尤其前台6和31工號兩位。唯一就是門口不能停車不大方便，衹能從地下車庫上來。

馬爾康雖是阿壩州府，但高級點的酒店非常欠缺，所以根本就沒啥選擇...想要好點的就衹有他家了
從價格上看，優勢也夠大的，春節期間四百多，含早餐。於是，滿懷期望的預訂了
地理位置沒啥好挑剔的，馬爾康本來就不大，何況他家位於城中心繁華地段。不過呢，到達酒店門口的第一印象並不好…
一樓衹是到達大廳，前台在六樓，這種格局本身沒問題。但一樓居然沒有工作人員，指揮停車、引導辦理入住也就無從談起啦...如果是一般的酒店，也就認了，可這家定位是“豪華型”哦
酒店大門外的土建施工，有未完成的痕跡，店招處的泥土裡空空如也。期待以後補上綠植的效果...
前台辦理入住退房，那三天衹有一位工作人員。態度親切友善，效率很高，名字記不住，看了工號是022。還有客房服務員，同樣很讚的，送了歡迎水果，還是紅提、桂圓和聖女果，不廉價的。於是，印象分又拉起來了
大堂環境很讚的，豪華典雅，又很有禪意。藏式元素的裝點，恰到好處。大堂吧看着也不錯，但餐廳沒有營業，衹供應早餐，遺憾了
客房都在高樓層，基礎房型的視野、面積都可以，設施是到位了的，衞生狀況也滿意。集控式的燈光窗簾，手機無線充電，使用很方便。加上空調夠暖和，舒適度挺高。熊貓元素的茶具、阿來的著作，這些小元素也加分了
衞生間也不小，乾濕分離合理，馬桶是智能的，好用。衞浴潔具雖看不到是啥品牌，但質感不差，從花灑的手感都感受得到。基礎房沒有浴缸，這點其實沒啥影響的，不是缺點
備品，總體質感上佳。拖鞋不僅厚實舒服，就連鞋底都做了簡單的防滑處理，很贊。茶包是茶裏，咖啡是越南的某牌子，還算好喝。牙刷牙膏，更是不像一次性的，用了捨不得扔，帶走了
不過，某些細節就禁不起推敲了：大瓶裝的洗浴用品，本身沒問題，香氣是比較喜歡的，但沒固定鎖住，能直接打開，感覺不太放心啊。沒有配潤膚乳，大大的減分，要知道馬爾康是非常乾燥的哦...而且一些小件上，打着馬爾康花園豪生酒店的字樣，還印着五顆星星，這是怎麼回事哦？
更大的不滿，是早餐。就算是普通酒店，這樣的早餐都覺得一般般，更何況這（在國內）是高檔品牌
餐廳環境挺好的，尤其是早上陽光照進來的時候，坐在落地窗邊享用早餐，本應該是很享受的...無奈座位不算多，第二天早上客人爆滿，遠遠超出了接待能力，體驗感極差！
春節期間的早餐時間安排，就有大問題，早上8:30至9:30，就一個小時，大家都蜂擁而至，不擠就怪了。頭天其實還好，早點來有位子坐，估計住客還不太多吧。第二天是根本坐不下，來得晚點的都坐到大堂去了，一片混亂
菜品，槽點太多太多...麪檔居然沒有開，土司居然就配了一瓶番茄醬，僅僅這兩點，差評就當之無愧了
蒸點，衹有小包子小饅頭、玉米紅薯，包子其實還好吃，不是袋裝的凍品，油潤可口。熱菜，炒白菜、炒青筍、炒藕丁，素的就這幾種，味道中規中矩。葷菜，每天一種，頭天是青椒牛肉粒，第二天是炒蝦仁，都還可以的，衹是取完了就沒再補充了...涼菜，兩天是不一樣口味的雞，都一般，然後就蔬菜沙拉了，蔬菜還挺少的
麪包蛋糕，土司加上小慕斯蛋糕，兩種，還是普通超市的水準...好在這個沒有斷檔，在補充的
然後就是雞蛋、鹹蛋、早餐腸、紅糖饅頭、泡菜和粥，就這些了...紅糖饅頭很乾很硬，難吃
飲品有四種：牛奶、豆漿、橙汁和咖啡。咖啡是看不到的，隔壁桌問了，説有，但紅茶就不提供啦。橙汁，沖調的，很淡，不好喝，但忍着也能喝...因為牛奶和豆漿忍着也喝不下！有怪味！
至於油條、煎蛋、炒飯炒麪那些，別想了哈...更別説芝士盤、冷肉盤了...好在餐後的水果是有的，西瓜和蜜瓜，將就了哈…
這些菜，還是在第二天客人多的情況下哦，頭天的東西更慘，比七天漢庭還慘吶
