Sharell was brilliant fast and efficient check in much needed after a long day at work! She even asked what floor I would prefer as they had vacancies! Which was much appreciated overall great customer service would definitely stay here again so Thankyou!

We visited here for an overnight stay,the lady on reception was very good and gave us a room on the 3rd floor which was spotless and light and airy,no noise at all and check out was simple,just remember to pay for the parking before you leave,it’s £7 for 24 hours which is not expensive at all

Excellent support by Sharell Kayla Evita Just wonderful Thanks a lot to all helpful empathetic We were so tired and got a double bed room it was me and my boss they all understood the assignment and did what is required to help us with 2 single beds room.

Sherell was brilliant, helped with navigating the hotel and explaining amenities. Highly recommend. A few hotel amenities could be provided as part of the package such as wifi, etc. Was not aware this had to be paid for before arrival which was disappointing

Sharall, i must say is the most lovely helpful person at the front desk she made me feel very welcomed and seems like she will go out her way to help out very polite absolutely brilliant at what she does will definitely be staying hear again in near future

The experience was extremely great Upon entering the venue I was greeted with a smile, they asked how my day was etc (these sort of stuff is very nice and you don't get these stuff in many places anymore) 😀 The 2 staff at reception who served me was Chantelle and Fabs, they was extremely helpful during my stay, they answered and solved all my queries in a fast swift manner without any problems Everything was up to perfect standard and had no issues at all for the duration of my visit It's a 10/10 from me, I am definitely returning Thank you

Great Hotel, clean rooms, easy to get to free parking, cinema, mcdonalds bowling etc next door. The staff are great really helpful and friendly, can't remember all there names but do remember Sharon. Will.definatelynbe using again. Thankyou travelodge. 👍

I was welcomed by Sharell and Chantel very friendly and super fast service. Access to the hotel was very easy, great location. Both Chantel and Sherall presented excellent gratitude and we're very helpful. The services such as bar and food was of great quality.
