We were presently surprised at how fantastic this hotel is. Albeit difficult to naviage to, once you arrive, everything is so simple. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are perfect. We had studio kitchenette rooms which were comfortable, clean, modern and the added kitchenette facility is a fantastic facility, meaning we didn't need to eat out every meal. Hotel breakfast was one of the best we have had, so much variety, fresh and filling. We will definitely stay again, as a quick 30 minute tube to city centre.

Great value for money in London. Facilities are relatively new, clean and modern. Very easily accessible to airports and central London by tube/train.

Staff are okay. But they gave my family a wrong room type (suite vs superior room). My family member did not realize until they talk to me the next day. This is not acceptable as their explanation is overbooked and just randomly gave them a room.
