Helpful and kind staff. You can travel to center by a bus + underground in 50-60 minutes. Bus hours may end early.

Always good. Parking and easy access to A12. Lovely reception staff. Small moan that breakfast starts at 06.30 no good for those leaving at 06.00! The receptionist made it very clear that even a request to grab a croissant was denied. For a Whitbread share holder where breakfast is free, the strictness of the receptionist man was poor.

Excellent staff from reception to housekeeping. Warm, friendly and helpful. We arrived early and an early check in was organised without hassle. The room was warm and clean. Good shower pressure. Comfy bed. Parking no problem. An excellent base to visit family and do some shopping.

Excellent staff very helpful freindly nothings to much trouble to assist and help comfy rooms clean tidy easy ti find and nice location for sights chef Raluca has now become manager in romford leaving the excellent Patricia and Peter running the kitchen amazing team freindly helpful food just perfect they great team nothing to much trouble Patricia runs the kitchen very very well just amazing.

As a frequent traveller for work I stay in many Premier Inn’s However the customer service demonstrated by Gina is exemplary. She is friendly yet professional and always goes out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Looking forward to returning.

having stayed at many Premier Inns over the years I have to say that this is the worst experience I've had with them.Check in was fine until I was informed that the cooked breakfast was unavailable.A part of booking this hotel was the option of pre-booking a cooked breakfast so that was the first issue.My next concern is that upon entering my room,it was freezing because the window was wide open and it smelled like the previous occupant had been smoking in there.There was also a bluebottle flying around the room which I managed to get out of the open window.My next concern was when I went to use the toilet and upon lifting the seat,there was dirty toilet paper in the bowl.I did not have a good nights sleep unfortunately because I just could not relax and did not take this up with reception as it appeared that the lady had enough to do,to be honest and quite frankly,I do not believe it is her fault.The fault solely lies with Premier Inn management who do not provide enough cover for these positions

We had breakfast at the hotel with my daughter and some friends. The whole staff including Patricia, the chef and Raluca from reception were very welcoming , professional and friendly. We really enjoyed our Sunday morning out. Will defo return 🥰🥰

What a great experience I had with my stay at premier in thank u Raluca offered an Amazing Experience. Thank you Raluca room change was so stress offered a clean room service daily clean towels clean cups lots of coffee and a stayed for over a week

The bed as usual was very comfy. I would like the extended beds to be as comfortable. We found kids pull out bed squeaky and very uncomfortable hence the 4* rating. I would like to mention two staff members for their excellence. Dayane and Raluca deserve the praise for their outstanding service.
