You are truly amazing. I never imagined that after four months, upon returning to the hotel, someone would remember what we talked about last time and pick up the conversation so naturally. The staff can’t do enough for you, the best are like sleeping on clouds the car park is easy access the the hotel, there’s plenty of things round you like food etc they always give you coffee fresh towels so you never feel like you away from home.

Rooms are always tidy excellent service Sharon is a kind amd perfect on the desk well manored and polite bar is always open when asked for a room top up everything was replaced including coffee and towels overall excellent service very satisfied

I always gave this Hotel a 10 but since the Shower heads have been changed the water pressure has dropped drastically that you have to stay in the shower much longer. The room i stayed in 212 the pressure was terrible, the shower heads are cheap and nasty and if the powers that be who ordered these to be installed think they are going to save money by turning the pressure down they are wrong. I have been staying there on and off for 8 years and the Management and staff have been great to me but i am now seriously looking to staying elsewhere. The Hotel at weekends use to be pretty full all the time but recently this seems to have dropped off and i'm not surprised, I know I am not the only one that has complained so its about time that the powers that be listened to the Customers

Rooms topped up when asked.. always clean. Very nice man behind desk everyday we come in, thanks Sharon The bar is always open and drinks are great. TVs are to small in room would like an upgrade. Parking is great and extra spaces in basement

Pleasant stay every time we come to this Travelodge, specially when Sharon is at the reception to welcome us :). When it comes to the rooms could be a little bit better, but considering the price you are paying is more than enough. Would recommend if you need a night of sleep whether you are staying away for job or other reasons.

Although it is a little out of the way of the station and the area is a little run down the Travelodge itself is very nice. It was clean, well maintained and very friendly staff. We spoke mostly to Owen and Michael who made our stay more enjoyable and very welcoming. It's value for money if you're needing a cheaper option in London.

I stayed in room 302 and found it very pleasant. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, a nice place to sit, and a good dressing table. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. I used the in-room tea and coffee facilities, which were a nice touch, though I didn’t eat at the hotel. When I was checking out, Reem at reception asked me to leave a review, so here it is. That said, the real credit goes to the housekeeping team, who did a brilliant job keeping the room in excellent condition. It would be great if housekeepers leave their names in the room so guests could acknowledge them directly.

Owen greeted me warmly. The hotel was very clean and super quiet... a perfection location arriving late at night from Luton Airport... There was no obtrusive air-con racket and my room was away from the main road so request this if possible.
