Central Hotel Golders Green Reviews

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and overall, it was a decent and affordable option for our trip. The service was fine, and the staff was helpful when needed. One of the best aspects was the convenient access to public transport, there were bus stops nearby, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The facilities were basic, but everything was fine and well-maintained. It's a good option if people are looking for something economical and practical.

I think the summary of it all is that they should call it a motel or bed and breakfast really but with the absence of breakfast . It’s not your norm of what a hotel would look like especially in the city, the building is really old so it’s rooms feel same too, the rug is brown and old and bathroom shower old and not functioning so well. There wasn’t anyone at reception to check me in upon arrival and even open the door at initial stance to even enter the reception . Was barely lucky I saw some guests outside that helped me get in.. these are a few things I wanted to write on. So basically if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night and dash out the morning after with zero options and expectations then this could work for u otherwise you really don’t wanna be booking a night here. The water is blocked and the toilet cannot be flushed.

The service is not just bad. The faucet was broken. I went down three floors and ran to another small building. I knocked on the door for 10 minutes. When I opened the door, he looked unhappy. He took a look in our room and left. He didn't come to fix it. The important thing is that when I asked if they would come to fix it, they said they would.

The room facilities are very poor and very old. The front desk is always away and comes every time I call. Avoid the pit!

The room is average, the price is a bit expensive.
