Copper Kettle Lodge in Cook Forest by Tranquility Retreats

Celebrated our bride-to-be here for her bachelorette weekend! We were able to check in a little early so we could set up some decorations for our bride! The house was beautiful. The hot tub was nice with it being cold outside and the check in and out process was super easy! The WiFi didn’t work but the host was super responsive on trying to help us get it figured out. Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing property with all of the amenities you could want. Really spacious master bedroom, hot tub, and game cabin that the kids really loved were some highlights. All of the appliances, electronics, etc are high-end and well cared for. Hosts were excellent communicators, and the muffins and well stocked coffee supplies when we arrived were a thoughtful touch. Just a few things to be aware of: (1) no dishwasher, (2) located off of a main road where cars and trucks travel fast, and (3) three of four bedrooms in the main cabin are up a steep and narrow set of steps, so those rooms may not be ideal for people with mobility issues or young kids. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the CKL. Wonderful hosts, who quickly responded to any questions we had. Extremely clean property in cabin and all out buildings. Cabin had all the amenities you could need including strong wifi, which the kids were happy for. Great nights spent by the fire pit and throughout the property. Great locations with a short drive to restaurants and Cooks Forrest attractions.

The house was stocked with everything you could ever need! It was super clean and comfortable. I really can't think of anything that could be improved upon!

We absolutely loved staying at Copper Kettle Lodge! The cabin is beautiful and so clean! They have everything you need there. The fire pit and game cabin were a hit with the kids! We will most definitely come again!

The home was very welcoming and it was truly a fully stocked kitchen with starter supplies of everything. There was coffee, paper towels, paper cups, garbage bags, and all the things I brought from home to cook with. Most places do not have everything I need to cook for my family but the had cookie sheets, strainers, a coffee pot for 12 cups of coffee and pods, stock pot, larger frying pan, seasonings, large storage container for leftovers, and baggies. There was also a starter container of detergent. There were plenty of towels too. We also rented the back cabin which was a nice addition. The back cabin was cold at night though, but it was January and the temperature was around 10 degrees at night....Bring extra blankets. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. We would stay again. Thanks again.

Everything about this place was incredible! Not to far off the beaten path, but secluded. The place was cozy and had plenty to keep us entertained. It was a wonderful weekend getaway! We would definitely love to come back!

This place was amazing! Very comfortable and great amenities. My buddies and I stayed here while bear hunting. It was a big upgrade from the rustic cabins we usually stay in that have no running water or bathrooms. What a difference it makes to be able to come back to a warm place, take a hot shower, eat, soak in the hot tub and watch a movie. I will rent this again next year!

Had a great time. Kitchen and bathrooms were excellent. Outside spaces are beautiful.
