A spacious car park, a lovely comfortable bedroom, a well organised dining area and excellent good at breakfast and on the evening a large carte menu. "This hotel has very old features but inside the rooms are big spacious and warm The bed although a double was twin beds pushed together which is very annoying as you slide into The middle of the bed and it’s uncomfy. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and had no empathy I had to walk back and forth from my room 3 times to sort out an issue and then the spa was another issue which finally got resolved So basically it’s a lovely hotel but the staff need to be retrained or understand customers better and the duty manager who was on duty too."

I had my dog which they were really friendly and accommodating for. The place was a nice area parking was easy and kitchen area was large and clean"
