Super friendly staff but have to wait for them to finish chatting to eachother first appreciate that but some of us are also working aswell. Towels wasn't enough in room asked for some had to go back down and re ask to carry them myself - shower gel empty asked refill never happened stayed two nights more of a bedsit"
