Very under staffed, waited for 20 mins for our drinks, which was water with lemon and then another 40 mins for our food which came out cold. And loud, it's so loud. We have an autistic son and we asked several hotel workers for help. Can we sit away from the live music...no. Instead they seated us directly in the middle of the whole restaurant. They could've had more activities for families since it's the winter. We tried it and it's not our cup of tea."

"We stayed with Adrian and Xenia on a three day visit of Cape Cod with our adult daughter. I intentionally say their names for it felt like we were visiting friends at their beautiful home instead of a highly rated inn! We reserved two rooms and both had all needed amenities and luxuriously comfortable beds. The inn is their labor of love purposefully designed and decorated to appeal to all of your senses. It is the attention to detail and the care of their guests that stands out. The gourmet breakfast was the pièce de résistance in an amazing experience. We felt fortunate to find Sea Street Inn!"

"Not very recommendable, very expensive with poor facilities and services. We found dirty sheets and a sock under the covers! Really horrible! Unfortunately it was very late and we couldn't do anything since the reception closes in the evening. The tub with the usual terrible curtain didn't let the water down and you had to soak your feet up to your ankles and the nightmare doesn't end... broken air conditioning that let out hot air! Open window and a lot of noise from outside. Noticed as a real nightmare! In the morning they took care of the repairs and in fact in the (unfortunately second night, it was already paid for) everything was back. Apologies made but they couldn't fix the damage suffered. I would never go back there again."

"The heritage house was very clean when we arrived and cleaned every day we were there. It’s a basic room with beds and a bathroom. Just what we needed right in the center of Hyannis. We were in walking distance to the fairy, museum, restaurants, Main Street, shops and coffee. I was able to walk to the beach in the morning and back to our hotel to see the sun rise."

"The location was phenomenal and this will probably be my most memorable motel experience ever. Seeing the ocean from our veranda, having clean rooms with high value and cleanliness is unforgettable. It was also peaceful and the service was over-the-top."
