"Very rude bar keep to start .daughter of owner? I suggested to also not very disabled friendly of the steps off of wood patio to down to horrible gravel walk to altar. not foot friendly... gravel too large and ladies with heels had a very hard time, food was very good .But remainder of food as costly as it is was told we couldn't take the remainder with us???never heard of this. Even all adult guest and no children they were still carded. for drinks!!! think twice ,ask a lot of questions and dispersing of leftovers"

"Stayed for two nights. The cleanliness was very poor. There were also small mice found in the room. It was next to the road and there were also big trucks making noise at night. I would not choose this hotel again. There are gas stations and stores such as Pizza Hut nearby, which serve as transfer points for drivers."

"I asked for a refund upon arrival because I walked into my room and bugs were every where. There was a sketchy man just chilling in the back of his vehicle right in front of my door. The only positive were the front desk employees. They were nice."

"Wonderful! We arrived and were a bit disappointed because our room was not ready and pool was closed. We called in advance and they told us pool open and room ready…I had a massage booked so I went to that was ok. Our lunch was disappointing at woodlands as my husband is gluten free and we were told his tacos could be made gluten free and were fried. We had to wait quite a long time for our food and check. Ok so turn me around. Music seemed to be blasting each time we ate at woodlands and with large family groups it was very noisy . We stopped at Jules as we had reservations and the manager invited us to their event that evening. Ok hoping for a turnaround. We finally got our room and it was perfect. Delish cookies in the afternoon and scones in the morning were a delight. The dinner at Jules was beyond our expectations and so we ate there every night thereafter. The staff couldn’t have been more warm and kind. We loved it and can’t wait to return. Our last day we couldn’t shower —no hot water! Alas we still loved it and would return. This is truly a treasure."
