Stayed here plenty of times , amazing reception staff, very welcoming . Air con is amazing in this weather, very comfortable room. Fresh towels and tea coffee supplied, love the fact you get two different shower heads to use

Very good place, I will definitely reconsider next time. Easy check in and check out steps. Calm and friendly staffs also helped to lock the luggage even after the checkout until we wait for the train Rooms are very very luxurious with big tv, spacious toilets and this should be highlighted , they have got the most comfortable mattresses ever. Very good felt like I would need to get the same one. Overall it was too good.

I stayed for 1 night over the weekend and it was great. Lots of space in the car park and it's free to park at the weekend. The room was clean and spacious, and everything worked in the room....the electric blind, the electric frosting bathroom glass (very cool btw!), the TV and lights. It was quiet at the weekend (no noisy parties coming back late), so I had a good sleep. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food, so no complaints there.

I love staying in the Village. Everything about it is excellent.

We were very impressed by the front of the house Zara, who engaged with us authentically and assisted with the checking-in process. She showed genuine interest in the customers and provided information appropriately. The room was compact with all the necessities - I particularly like the space under the bed to put my open suitcase, and the ample options of mirrors. One thing to complain about is that we could hear loud music from our room early in the morning (6.30-7am), which we suspected coming from the gym classes. Another thing is guests have to pay for parking.

This was our second visit to this hotel. The room we had, 224, had everything we needed but was very small. Staff were very welcoming, and the lady at reception recognised us from our previous visit. Service in the restaurant was good, as was the food. It's a busy hotel and was a little noisy on Saturday night as there was a birthday party, so it was fair enough but the noise from the patio area went on till very late. Overall, it is a nice hotel for a short stay, we are regular visitors to the area and it mainly depends on the price where we book.
