Hotel service is particularly intimate, especially friendly to high anti-tourists! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we gave two cards per room, one for swiping the door, and the other for taking the electricity card. We reminded us to turn on oxygen as soon as we arrived in the room. In this way, the room for eating also gave oxygen, and the oxygen supply was unlimited for time, and the air volume was also sufficient. So that I can sleep peacefully on the shore of Ranwu Lake at 3900 altitude.
The beauty at the front desk gave us a free upgrade to the snow mountain lake view room, very happy!
Their stone pot salmon is also delicious.
This is a very cost-effective hotel. Fortunately, the navigation brought me to this hotel by mistake. They have complete facilities and clean rooms. Secondly, the service is very good. Guests are welcomed with fruit milk and sent off with Hada. Especially the guy with glasses at the front desk provides five-star service! There was also a uncle in the restaurant who saw that all the dumplings I wanted were taken by others and cooked a few just for me. I was so touched! And they pay attention to customer reviews and then make improvements. For example, the breakfast was not good in the previous reviews, but now it is very good! What is rare is the service awareness of the entire hotel! I really don't like writing reviews and never buy into good reviews, but this one really satisfied and surprised me. Parking is convenient and safe, the scenery is beautiful and quiet, and the morning view from the room on the second floor is very nice!

Although it is a chain hotel, the proprietress is very enthusiastic, and the room is not bad. You can see the snow-capped mountains and Ranwu Lake directly through the window, and the scenery is good. In addition, there is an oxygen inhaler in the store, and the proprietress personally taught how to use it. I can't sleep at night, and the proprietress will give hot milk to each room. The breakfast in the morning is OK and you can eat very full.

Excellent
GGuest UserNext to the 318 National Road, the hotel is relatively new and the room is clean and tidy! There is a washing machine dryer on the first floor. The front desk of the hotel will help put the washed clothes in the dryer, intimate! Breakfast is not bad!
FFengchecheThe room is clean, oxygen is provided free of charge, air conditioning and electric blankets are available, the key to eating and parking is very convenient, the boss is enthusiastic, the price is very good choice, it is worth recommending.
GGuest UserTo avoid the crowds, we chose to stay in the glacier area. This proved to be a wise choice, as we could reach the glacier (it's very close) right after breakfast. At 9 a.m., there were fewer tourists, making the experience even better. The snow was pristine and white, perfect for photo ops.
The B&B is newly opened, and all the facilities are brand new. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is excellent—comfortable and soft—one of the best in ******* accommodations. The hot water is incredibly hot! The shower was incredibly comfortable. The only caveat is the storage water heating system. 60 liters of hot water is plenty for one shower, but it takes half an hour for subsequent showers to heat up. The floor heating was so hot that it woke me up in the middle of the night, so be sure to lower the temperature before bed. A humidifier and oxygen dispenser are also provided. It's worth mentioning that when we went there, it was snowing heavily on the road. It was pitch black late at night, and the road was covered in snow and ice. The car slipped and we tried for a long time but couldn't move. Finally, we couldn't stand it anymore and called the B&B at around 12 o'clock in the morning. The owner immediately brought people to rescue us. They worked in sub-zero temperatures for over an hour. The owner and the driver's hands were frozen red. I felt so sorry that I wanted to give the owner a thank you red envelope, but it was rejected. I can't express my gratitude in words. Five-star rating. I will come again next time.
GGuest UserFacilities: Complete facilities, parking space available

Service: Good service, the boss is very enthusiastic
GGuest UserCost-effective, free large parking lot, the front desk beauty introduced the Tibetan food to the door is also delicious, really good, also upgraded the deluxe standard room, let me have more love for the city of Basu.
GGuest UserThis hotel was truly a highlight of the trip! After checking in, I found that the room was fully equipped, from comfortable beds to modern entertainment facilities, making it even more convenient. The most impressive thing is the cleanliness of the hotel. Every corner is spotlessly clean, which makes people feel very at ease. The service team is impeccable, friendly and responsive, making you feel like you are at home. The breakfast area provides a dazzling array of food choices, from fresh fruits to hot bread, with rich varieties and balanced nutrition, laying a solid foundation for a good mood throughout the day. Highly recommended to every traveler who pursues a high-quality accommodation experience!
GGuest UserCome to Tibet for a self-driving tour, after Basu, stay at the Putai Hotel, there is a separate free parking lot in the hotel, there is an elevator, it is very convenient to take luggage, the room is air-conditioned, the most important thing is that the room is clean, hygienic, and the quality is cheap. I compared the hotel of Basu, Putai Hotel is very cost-effective. The most important thing is that the proprietress is enthusiastic and will answer all questions. I booked a room again on the return trip.
