New hotel so everything still look fresh. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Love that there are some Indonesian flavours during breakfast.

Everything is clean except the surrounding, haha. Deni was accommodating and showed us the room type before we booked the room. His lady colleague also did likewise the next morning when we couldn’t decide to extend the stay or not.

I loved everything about it. The location, the service, the room, the breakfast buffet. Everything was up to expectations. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!

Hotel is very near to ferry terminal and newly opened shopping mall. Room is clean and spotless.

Hotel breakfast was the best and service was excellent . My kids love the bath tub the most because can watch TV while soaking in it

Location near ferry terminal batam center and walking distance to one batam. Got kids club and newer facilities. Gym quite good and pleasant too.

Room were clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the pool, the friendly staff service and room service food was above average. :) plus, we had car pick up and drop off to the ferry terminal and we appreciated that.

A Wonderful Stay at Grand Mercure Batam ✨ We had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at Grand Mercure Batam. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and gracious hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and their genuine warmth and sincerity made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a lovely space for our family to unwind and relax. The hotel’s location is also wonderfully convenient, with shopping malls, popular local cafés, and renowned seafood restaurants just a short distance away. It made exploring Batam and enjoying the local food scene effortless. The breakfast experience was another highlight. There was an impressive variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious and well presented. We especially enjoyed the grilled meat, which was exceptionally tasty and definitely one of our favourites. One area that could perhaps be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms. As we were travelling with a toddler, we could occasionally hear vehicle noise from outside at night, which disrupted our little one’s sleep slightly. Hopefully, this can be enhanced in the future to make the stay even more peaceful for families. Overall, Grand Mercure Batam offered us a beautifully comfortable and memorable stay, combining a convenient location, spacious and immaculate rooms, delicious dining, and genuinely warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be very happy to return for another relaxing stay in Batam. 🤍✨
