"I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. "hotel Theam, hospitality, amendments and locations are value for money。 Small issue bed sheets and blankets are not cleaned properly, and Stains are visible。 Free of Bed bugs and slept tightly。"

"The building is new, so it's clean and nice, but it's in a somewhat awkward location. It's a five-story building and there's some road noise. If you're sensitive to road noise, please be aware of this."

"The location is relatively near to Batam Center International Ferry Terminal, but it’s not a walking distance. Near attractions like Masjid Agung and food courts and convenience store. My main complain is on the cleanliness of the toilet. It really need scrubbing on the floor, toilet and wall. The towels maybe have been washed but its not freshly washed. There’s some humid smell on the towel. The shampoo and soap are not refilled either. The plus is side is the price comes with breakfast. The foods are nice and includes fruits as well. But may improve on the cleanliness of the toaster as well as the food presentation. There are some maintainence work need to be done to improve the hotel’s overall presentation. Gladly, I’m pleased to comment that there is no cockroaches☺️"

"We had a fantastic family getaway at this hotel! The kids were thrilled with the amenities - one got a fresh haircut at the salon, while the others enjoyed a relaxing spa day. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a smoking area for those who needed it. Plus, the counter staff was incredibly friendly and patient, making our stay even better. Highly recommend!"

"Great place, quiet, excellent staff, friendly black cat too🐈⬛️ The place has no lift, but everything was accessible. They have a good terrace and a rooftop. Can smoke as well and bring your takeaway food to eat, with tables and chairs & enjoy your meal under the calm 🌃🌇🌙 🌟 🤩 The address is a little confusing when you book Grab, indicate the hotel name to be sure and you will see it by the roadside..."
