Shower is separated from toilet by glass screen to keep toilet dry - a rare feature in homestays and even some lower end hotels. Greatly appreciated.

Overall the premise is on average.
A few things that I think can be improve:
Unpleasant Smoking Smell: Unfortunately, the entire premise, including the room, was filled with a strong smoking odor. This was quite disappointing as I expected the fresh and clean scent that is typical of most hotels. Even after some time, the smell did not subside, which affected the overall experience.
Bed Sheet Cleanliness: The bed sheets were not as clean as expected, which further added to the discomfort. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any hotel stay, and this fell below the standard
