This rental is located near an active railroad track and you will occasionally hear the train. They do not have a set schedule so it is possible that the train horn will blast during the night/early morning. PARKING- Private Off-street, marked assigned parking located in the rear of the property, directly in if front of each units primary entrance (2 dedicated spaces per unit). Additional dining room table with 6/4 chairs. MASTER BEDROOM- King size bed, chair, 2 bedside table, 2 lamps, smart TV, walk-in closet with hangers and drawers, en-suite master bath with custom walk in shower. 2ND BEDROOM- 2 Queen bunk beds, desk, lamp, and bed side table. 2ND BATHROOM- Full bath with tub/shower unit. LAUNDRY ROOM- Equipped with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and hangers.
