My family and I were pleased with overall experience with the stay but the parking fee was a rip off. The breakfast is English breakfast basic. It was said that they are serving continental breakfast and when we came in for breakfast, the set up has a lot of missing items (sugar, table napkins, sugar, water and even kitchen in the table were not check if there is still in the table as they are still setting up at that time which they said it’s already open at 6.30 am. We went down at 6.45 am. Little things makes difference.

酒店地理位置優越，從巴斯火車站出來坐公交車直達酒店門口的公交站，十分方便。酒店下午辦理入住手續，可以先免費寄存行李。房間很舒適很安靜很寬敞，預訂無障礙房間空間更大，前台工作人員提醒切記不要拉房間裏的繩子。晚餐可以在餐廳點餐，自助早餐很美味。感謝工作人員的服務！

Nice hotel just outside of the City. You can wall to The City centre in 15 mins and it is strongly recommeded. Hotel staff is very helpful and they seem to be in good mood. We stayed for 3 nights and definetely come Back to this hotel when coming to Bath.

這家酒店的服務非常好，由於突發事件行程變動，原先2天的住宿改了時間改了天數，和酒店協商非常友好的沒有收違約金。 停車收費要去前台要一個優惠Code17.5磅，否則50磅24小時。
PS：退房後的幾天發生了一件不太愉快的事件，我們退房的時候明明付了停車費，但過了幾天酒店給我們寫郵件説我們未付費要罰款35磅，建議大家如果租車的話，英國的停車費什麼的都保留一下票據🎫。
