Pet-friendly and great for a vacation, complete with a spa and steam room. There's a large lawn right outside the entrance! The rooms have air conditioning, which is perfect for a romantic getaway. Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Good Ambiance: Fantastic Service: Very friendly 👍

Enjoyed the stay. I came here with two friends and I stayed in a room by myself. Spacious and clean room even tho some touch up in the bathroom would be nice. Very friendly staff from the moment we checked in till we checked out. Lovely spa facilities. Beautiful hotel. Safe area as we walked to the city centre and back at different times. Quiet but safe.

Super affordable and good! It's very convenient for those who rent a car, as you can park and then walk into town. The only downside is the extremely slow Wi-Fi.

Sold as a 5 star hotel and although it did look good from the outside,the inside was very dated and lacking tlc.the bathroom had what looked like black mould around the wall furniture and the sink had been covered in a wrap which was torn and some of the metal fixtures where corroded.the breakfast took over an hour as they seemed to take precedents over vips in the dining room who got food very quickly.from sitting down to receiving our breakfast took an hour both days.the staff where very apologetic but that does t make up for poor service and the quality was average.The Spa was also dated and the Gym was small with very little in it for a proper workout.

Actually it is an amazing hotel, but it really needs updating as the curtains fabric was literally tearing apart. However, the location and grounds are amazing, lots of greenery, quiet and not far from the centre. We were upgraded to a better room which was really thoughtful. Like the outdoor swimming pool, even though it need updating as well. Staff is really friendly.

Arrived at hotel no welcome from Reception , given room took our own luggage to room. Only good service was at breakfast apart from that staff not good. Positives Spa great and was hotel grounds. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and never have I received 5* treatment as low as this anywhere.
